From the small patio you enter the GARDENERS COTTAGE into the sitting room with dining area. From there leads the fitted kitchen, with electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with small icebox, plus all the usual kitchen paraphernalia.

Also leading off the sitting room is the front facing bedroom which is twin bedded with en suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom has bath, large walk-in power shower, W.C. and wash basin.

There is full central heating, television with freeview box, video and DVD players and a CD/radio cassette player. All bed linen, towels, central heating and electricity are included in the price along with many small extras to make it a 'home from home'.
