These prices are fully inclusive of all heating, linen, towels and electricity.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Enquiries about cottage availability may be made by telephone or email. Once a booking has been accepted by us we require payment of a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per cottage per week to secure. We will then send you written confirmation of your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. We do not accept credit or debit cards, so require payment to be by cheques made payable to R.M.J. Deville.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of you having to cancel or curtail your holiday we will only be able to make a refund, less your deposit, if we are able to re-let the cottage. Please do consider taking out Holiday Insurance to save any embarrassment.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
Cottages will be ready from 3pm on your day of arrival and we would appreciate knowing if you are going to be later than 5pm, so we know all is well and you are on your way. On the morning of your departure, we would ask you to vacate the cottage by no later than 10am in order that we have time to get it ready for the next guests.
